MARS Drinks’ customer insight sessions deliver delicious results

In the process of developing the latest FLAVIA® CREATION 400™ single cup coffee machine, we carried out research and insight sessions with our customers.
Our aim to discover what consumers really crave when they are after a hot drinks fix. We found that our customers’ tastes are becoming increasingly sophisticated, with unique and personal preferences which often require more than the average bean to cup coffee machines can provide.
The feedback received from these sessions has resulted in FLAVIA enhancing a couple of the classics and the creation of an even more authentic Cappuccino. In order to make a beautifully elegant layered drink, simply combine your favourite FLAVIA coffee with the deliciously creamy frothy Cappuccino Latte swirl. And to make the most of the whole range of FLAVIA coffees, teas and Galaxy® hot chocolate we have adapted the brew cycle on the new FLAVIA CREATION 400 to deliver maximum flavour from the Fresh Packs.
For those that desire a more intense treat, we’ve developed our espresso option to offer the perfect pick me up. The comforting and creamy Latte also reaps the benefits of the new CREATION 400 to deliver a velvety smooth, milky coffee.
